Project details:

As part of the Infrastructure Framework Team (Specialist Surfacing Framework Agreement) the business was associated with all non-airside surfacing and cold planing along with select infrastructure work airside. The new contract method resulted in a number of variations from normal working practices, leading to improved professional relationships.
